Hotel Once Bangkok

Fancy IG hotel that can snap some photos. With somewhat fancy things but shows aging. Also everything is $$$$$$ (bathbomb, drinks, fancy toothpaste) Shuttle boat around the cornor.

First room drain is clogged, flys were flying out from it. Changed a room and it was better but drains are not the best. Photos lobby looks fancy but when you reach the place. Is a different story. (But thats bz of bangkok) bk looks old itself.

The room “King Executive Suite” was awesome

Breakfast was only ok

Breakfast was in a lovely roof top orangery type of building over looking the city. Food was good and you could order off the menu as well as the buffet of the usual pastries, cereal, fruit etc

Condoms in the room was the first thing we saw - having to explain this to the kids!

Good location, very roomy, great bathroom. Nice staff, roof top deck was great.

No coffee in the rooms

The rooms were very spacious and the bed very comfortable.

The breakfast was really bad. Bread looked like plastic.

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate everything for us. The room was huge, clean, and modern. I enjoyed the soaker tub!

Seemed like a difficult taxi every time we wanted to go somewhere. Traffic can be pretty bad so the distance to places is misleading.

The hotel is a modernized three story building and the rooms are excellent. Very clean and fresh with excellent water, pressure and temperature. The AC system is chilly and has a powerful fan. The neighborhood is OK and it is within walking distance of Asiatique, a shopping and dining area on the riverfront, which has a good night market with clothing and souvenirs.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We stayed at the beginning and end of our holiday in Thailand, and both times had to leave early for a flight. For this reason the staff prepared an amazing 'breakfast box' for us to take with us which really helped set us up for the day. The beds were very comfy.

The jacuzzi water did have a bit of a bad smell perhaps from the pumps needing to be cleaned, but nothing to worry about.

The location can’t be beat. We were right near the river and very close to Asiatique with fantastic shopping. The hotel is small and has attractive signage, but it does not have a very “new” feeling. I thought the value was great though and because the room was large, immaculate and attractive. I would stay there again. I paid extra for a jacuzzi tub but I don’t know if I would do that again - the tub was beautiful but the water in the lines had been sitting and it had not been properly sanitized before our visit - I could smell mildew when it was turned on.

Room was spacious, well appointed. Location was convenient to access most must-see destinations in the city without all the frenetic traffic issues in the rest of Bangkok. Wonderful staff!

Not a thing!

Everything was perfect, staff were super helpful. Rooms clean and modern, breakfast very good! The hotel was kind enough to organize our taxi to Hua Hin. Great service.

Great location, close to transport on the river. Beautiful jacuzzi room was amazing. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Highly recommend

Ummmmm, nothing

Just off the busy main road but you couldn't hear any traffic from the room. Good value. Excellent bedroom and bathroom. Lovely staff. Reasonable position walking distance to Iconsiam and Saphan Taksin. I'd stay here again.

Traffic is bad in a taxi especially getting in to central Bangkok.We had noisy late night neighbours.

Beautiful room, kitchen and bathroom. Rooftop restaurant beautiful, clean and food was outstanding.

We recommend the dining availability hours to better serve the clientele.

- Staff is very kind and helpful. They always did their best to answer any request we made.- The room is spacious and clean. Also, it was thoroughly cleaned everyday.- Bed is spacious and comfy.- The jacuzzi added a nice touch. It felt good to have a relaxing bath after a long day roaming around the city.

- There was no wardrobe or closet to unpack into. We had to keep our clothes in the suitcases.- The soundproofing needs to be reviewed.

Lovely hotel with great rooftop area

When we arrived we had to hand over 1000 bath deposit for the mini bar They would not accept a credit card.We we're flying out in 36 hours which meant that we had to draw money out from ATM.The room they gave us was near a generator so on the first night my husband hardly got any sleep.We complained and were upgraded for our second and last night.These 2 things left a bitter taste which is why I scored the place low.

It certainly was different but in a good way. Simple yet nice. Great breakfast, nice rooftop bar and amazing staff. Highly recommend.

Great location, gorgeous rooms. I stayed in the jacuzzi room and it was perfect. Big comfy bed with fluffy pillows. Smart TV in the room. Minibar service with everything you need. Comp water and cookies. The jacuzzi was perfect. The breakfast choice was great, located in the rooftop restaurant giving spectacular views of the city. Would highly recommend dining there in the evening as the sun goes down, gorgeous food and real cocktails with stunning sunset views. Really enjoyed my stay here, it was the luxury last night of my trip I was hoping for.
